1. Who operates Search Intelligence
Search Intelligence is an independent keyword and marketing intelligence application developed and operated by LSB Jordão. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Search Intelligence application and its public product pages. It covers information provided directly by users, project information generated inside the application and data accessed through connected Google services. It does not govern Google's own processing of data under Google's separate privacy policies and terms.
3. Information we may process
Depending on the features that are enabled and authorized, Search Intelligence may process:
- project information such as project name, website, target geography, language and research terms;
- Google Ads account identifiers and account metadata needed to connect to an authorized account;
- keyword ideas, historical keyword metrics and other Google Ads API responses used by the research workflow;
- OAuth authorization information, including access or refresh tokens needed to maintain an authorized connection;
- application logs and technical diagnostic information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service;
- derived analyses, classifications and historical snapshots generated from user inputs and authorized data.
Search Intelligence does not ask users to disclose their Google password. Google authentication is performed through Google's OAuth authorization flow.
4. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide and support the application's disclosed functionality, including:
- confirming access to an authorized Google Ads account;
- retrieving keyword ideas and available historical search metrics;
- organizing and comparing keyword research runs over time;
- producing research views, summaries and analytical outputs requested by the user or operator;
- maintaining the authorized Google Ads connection and diagnosing API errors.
Google user data is not sold. It is not used to create unrelated advertising profiles, and access to Google data is not granted to unrelated third parties for their own advertising purposes.
5. OAuth authorization and permissions
Search Intelligence accesses Google services only after authorization through Google OAuth 2.0. The application requests permissions required for the Google Ads API features it uses. Users should only authorize Google Ads accounts they own or are otherwise permitted to access.
Google authorization can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account. Revocation prevents future API access with that authorization, although previously stored project results may remain until deleted under the retention practices described below.
6. Storage and retention
Search Intelligence may retain project settings, research inputs, generated keyword results, historical metrics, derived analyses and diagnostic records when this is necessary to provide project history, reproducibility and service operation. OAuth credentials or tokens are retained only for as long as they are needed to maintain an authorized connection or until they are revoked, replaced or deleted.
Retained data is removed when it is no longer reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, when the relevant project is deleted, or when a valid deletion request is completed, subject to any legal, security or backup-retention obligations that may apply.
7. Optional analytical integrations
Search Intelligence can include optional analytical or language-model-assisted features. These features are not active unless separately configured. When such an integration is enabled, only the content needed for the selected analytical task should be sent to that provider. Google OAuth credentials, access tokens and refresh tokens are not intended to be sent to language-model providers.
8. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure or technical service providers only when reasonably necessary to host, secure, maintain or operate Search Intelligence. Such providers are not permitted to use Google user data for unrelated independent purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process or a valid governmental request.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect credentials and application data, including limiting access to authorized environments and avoiding exposure of secrets in public client interfaces. No internet-connected system can provide an absolute guarantee of security, so credentials should also be protected and revoked if compromise is suspected.
10. Your choices and rights
Users may request information about stored personal data, correction or deletion where applicable.
- To revoke Google authorization, use the third-party connections controls in your Google Account.
- To request deletion of data retained by Search Intelligence, email [email protected] and identify the relevant account or project.
- Brazilian users may also exercise applicable rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), including access, correction and deletion rights where legally available.
11. Public product pages
The public Search Intelligence product, privacy and terms pages are served separately from the portfolio analytics integration and do not intentionally load the portfolio's Google Analytics measurement script. Standard hosting and network infrastructure may still process technical request information necessary to deliver and protect the site.
12. Children
Search Intelligence is a professional marketing and research tool and is not directed to children. The service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children through its Google Ads integration.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the application, its integrations or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective or revision date. The application's use of Google user data will remain limited to practices disclosed in the current published policy.
14. Contact
