Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Search Intelligence, an independent keyword and marketing intelligence application developed and operated by LSB Jordão.

1. About the service

Search Intelligence is a professional research and analysis tool designed to support keyword discovery, historical search analysis, SEO planning, content strategy and paid-media research. The application may connect to Google Ads through authorized Google OAuth credentials and the Google Ads API.

Search Intelligence is an independent product. It is not sponsored, endorsed, certified or operated by Google, and use of Google products remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using Search Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application or connect a Google account to it.

3. Authorized account access

You may connect or authorize only Google Ads accounts that you own, administer or are otherwise legally permitted to access. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of account data complies with your agreements, organizational policies and applicable law.

You must not attempt to obtain access to another person's or organization's Google Ads account without authorization, circumvent Google's access controls or use Search Intelligence to violate Google API terms.

4. Google OAuth and API access

Google account authorization is performed through Google OAuth 2.0. Search Intelligence does not require users to provide their Google password directly to the application. The availability of individual Google Ads API features depends on Google's APIs, quotas, access levels, account permissions and product policies.

Google may change, restrict or discontinue API features independently of Search Intelligence. Such changes can affect the availability, completeness or frequency of data returned by the application.

5. Permitted use

Search Intelligence may be used for legitimate professional and analytical purposes, including:

  • keyword research and prioritization;
  • historical search-demand analysis;
  • SEO and content planning;
  • paid-media research and campaign preparation;
  • internal reporting, comparison and research reproducibility.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized surveillance, fraudulent advertising, abuse of Google services, credential theft, automated activity that violates applicable API limits or any purpose that infringes third-party rights.

6. Research outputs and metrics

Keyword volumes, competition indicators, bid estimates, trend signals, classifications and other metrics are analytical inputs rather than guarantees of future performance. Search demand and advertising results can change rapidly, and third-party data sources may revise their methodologies or estimates.

Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions about campaigns, budgets, content, SEO or other business actions.

7. Optional analytical features

The application may expose optional analytical or language-model-assisted features when separately configured. Automated classifications, summaries or recommendations can contain errors and should be treated as decision support, not as professional, legal, financial or advertising guarantees.

8. Data and privacy

Use of personal data and Google user data is described in the Search Intelligence Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis for any personal or business data that you provide to the service.

9. Security and credentials

Users must protect their Google account, application credentials and devices from unauthorized access. If compromise is suspected, affected credentials or OAuth grants should be revoked or rotated promptly. Search Intelligence must not be used to expose, publish or intentionally share OAuth tokens or other confidential credentials.

10. Availability and changes

Search Intelligence may be changed, updated, suspended or discontinued as the application evolves. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Maintenance, API changes, quota limits, network failures and third-party service changes may temporarily or permanently affect individual features.

11. Intellectual property

The Search Intelligence name, interface, software, documentation and original visual identity are owned or controlled by LSB Jordão except where third-party components or trademarks are identified separately. These terms do not transfer ownership of the application or third-party intellectual property to users.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Search Intelligence is provided on an as-available basis for research and decision support. LSB Jordão does not warrant that every metric, recommendation or third-party API response will be complete, current or error-free, and is not responsible for independent actions taken by Google or other third-party platforms.

13. Termination and revocation

Users may stop using the service and revoke Google authorization at any time. Access may also be suspended when necessary to protect security, comply with law or platform policies, prevent abuse or maintain the integrity of the application.

14. Governing rules

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Brazil, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable data-protection and consumer-protection rules.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the application, Google API requirements or applicable law. The revision date on this page identifies the current published version. Continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

16. Contact
